Enhance the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 with a seamlessly integrated Call Recording System in real-time, conversationPRO.

conversationPRO creates voice documents and automatically populates your Microsoft Dynamics CRM records.

With the conversationPRO all telephone conversations are recorded and saved as voice documents (.WAV format) and automatically attached to the corresponding Microsoft Dynamics CRM record.

Calls are retrieved and reviewed by simply selecting the embedded icon labeled "Call Logs" within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

The conversationPRO interfaces with any telephone PBX system to deliver phone conversation and management of those conversations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
