How it Works?
When you pick up the telephone to dial a
call or answer a call conversationPRO
starts recording.
ConversationPRO
pops your screen with the Microsoft
Dynamics CRM “ Contact window of who
you are calling by identifying the
corresponding number you dialed. It
can also announce the name of who is
calling or who you are calling.
How it Works?
If you dial a number that isn’t in your
Microsoft Dynamics CRM database
conversationPro pops your screen with a
question box asking if you want to
create a new contact or add the number
you dialed to an existing contact.
How it Works?
To review or look-up a call you made or
received select the “Call Logs” Icon on
the left menu bar of your Microsoft
Dynamics CRM contacts page and all the
calls you made will be listed by date,
time and length of a call.
How it Works?
Simply choose the call you wish to play
back and a screen will pop asking you if
you would like to have the call played
back to you.
Select yes and the wav. is played back
to you and you can select any part of
the conversation to hear by moving the
scroll bar on the player.
